This woman had trauma to her nose with difficulty breathing through her nose for years. She had a small dent over her nose. By correcting the internal structural abnormalities, repositioning the nasal bones and reinforcing the cartilages in her nose, she was able to breathe much better. The tip of the nose was refined and the shape of her nose was improved.
